Lala’s Neapolitan-ish Pizza was founded in May of 2021 with a mission to bring locally sourced, Neapolitan-inspired pizza to the people of Boston.

Since 2021, we have served thousands of pizzas to customers at local breweries, distilleries, and concert venues using our 3,000-pound, wood-fired oven. In early 2023, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location at Time Out Market in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston.

 

Founder Conor Cudahy has been infatuated with pizza for as long as he can remember. While his pizza obsession may have started with weekly takeout from Domino’s, it blossomed further on a family trip to Italy in 7th grade. The smell of fresh basil, the heat of the wood-fired oven, the creaminess of the mozzarella made down the street; Conor was hooked. Since 2008, Conor has spent countless hours researching, testing, and perfecting his dough recipe. Come grab a pie and try it yourself!
